Lebanon Property Group (LPG) S.A.R.L is a property development and investment company based in Beirut, Lebanon. LPG's main activities lie within the real estate industry in Lebanon where it seeks to take advantage of the booming construction and property market. Furthermore, LPG has private investments in the field of Wholesale Jewelry (Haber Jewelry), Online Marketing (www.mybeirutinfo.com) and the retail furniture chain Batuka (www.batuka.co.za)

LPG’s property division has four main business lines of activities:

Property Development
  • LPG invests its own capital to develop property - with a focus on medium scale developments within the mouhafazat of Beirut and Mount Lebanon.
  • LPG invests its own capital to acquire land for long-term and short-term arbitrage investment opportunities
  • LPG performs turnkey property development services ranging from pre-feasibility studies to full contract construction to locals and international investors.
Fund Management
  • LPG raises funds from both local and regional investors for the purpose of investing in attractive real estate development projects in Lebanon
  • LPG acts as the fund manager for Lebanese real estate funds and portfolios
  • LPG co-invests into these funds with at least 10% of the fund size
National Brokers
  • LPG has over 1,000 properties for sale across Lebanon
  • LPG acts as the intermediary between buyer and seller providing a customized service for both parties
  • LPG has its sale agent offices in Beirut, Bhamdoun and shortly in Baabda and Broummana.
Property Management
  • LPG performs comprehensive property management services to local and international clients
  • LPG’s property management division perform tenant & occupancy services, facility maintenance & repairs, financial & marketing functions as well as administration & risk management.
LPG is owned by Lebanese nationals who have over 25 years experience in the real estate market in Lebanon, from property development, property management and brokerage services. Furthermore, the partners possess extensive investment experience in the fields of private equity and fund management.
