Is LPG a fully owned Lebanese company?
Yes, LPG is owned by Lebanese nationals who reside and work in Lebanon. Whilst its main business line of property development is based in Lebanon, LPG has business activities in other countries.
For its residential properties, does LPG provide financing to buyers?
LPG has preferred financing partners including Bank Audi and BLOM Bank who can provide (based on certain criteria) loans of up to 80% of the property value to approved buyers. LPG assists the buyers in obtaining this loan.
Does LPG invest with other property developers?
Yes, based on a case by case basis, LPG does invest alongside other investors in certain property developments.
Does LPG construct high end luxury apartments?
At this stage, LPG’s focus is on the low to medium end of the residential property market. However in saying that LPG studies all potential developments based on demand / supply and profitability.
Does LPG modify the specifications of the developed properties based on customer’s requests?
Of course, LPG can modify the internal and even some external specifications of its residential and commercial properties based on the customer’s needs and requests.
If a customer has a piece of land that needs development, does LPG partner with the customer to build the land?
Yes LPG shall construct, at its own cost, the development of the land. The sales income from the development shall be split between LPG and the land owner on a pre-agreed formula.
